Hewlett Packard (HP) DeskJet 640C Series Driver. There is a version of the driver on the HP website. go to www.hp.com ,once you are on the homepage, click on Drivers, then in the box, type in DeskJet 648C then at the top of the screen, click on Windows 98 and click on HP DeskJet 640C Series Printer Driver USB CONNECTION if you are using it on USB, or click on Hp DeskJet 640C Series Printer Driver PARALLEL CONNECTION if you are using it on Parallel.
