The HP's PrintSmart for Windows Printer Driver cannot be installed
through the Control Panel for Windows 3.1. Use the "setup.exe"
program on the disk that came with your printer (from the Program
Manager, select File, Run..., then type a \setup).
To install this printing system on Windows 95, go to the Control
Panel, select "Add Printers". Follow the instructions on the
computer screen to complete the installation.
