Hewlett Packard (HP) Draft ProPlotter Driver. Found this in my old WIN 3.1 archives and am posting per request. Unzip to find hpplot.drv (3/9/93). If I recall correctly, place file in Windows/options folder and install from there. Let me know if it worked!
