Hewlett Packard (HP) Deskjet 690C Driver. Complete set of driver files and fonts for HP Deskjet 690C (4 floppies) with English language fonts. Runs a Deskjet 612C quite fine with Win 98SE, though the spec is only for 3.1 and 95. You have to ignore the 'computer is not communicating' advice and run a communications test. With the IEEE 1284 compliant 2 way printer cable (CRITICAL HARDWARE FOR THIS INSTALLATION) you will be fine. Be sure to point the machine into the WIN95\SYSTEM directory.
